Master Planning

Hartman Ely Investments is very skilled at conceptual master planning. Our experience includes planning for communities, organizations and renewable energy systems. Their master plans are very detailed, providing clients with site layouts, budgets, schedules and a feasibility analysis. These detailed plans are typically very affordable and quick, compared to plans produced by many other development and investment groups. This planning process enables a landowner or facility manager to make prompt, accurate decisions about their development and/or facility management options.

Lowry Town Center

The Lowry Town Center redevelopment plan was first conceived by the Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) in 1994. This 50 acre parcel is the heart of the 1,800 acre Lowry Community. The original concept for the Town Center was an employment campus. Jim Hartman was an integral part of the National Properties team that first proposed a new, mixed- use concept for the Town Center. The LRA has used this mixed-use concept to guide the development of all projects within the Town Center since 1997. The plan above shows the current layout and all Hartman Ely Investment's work in the Town Center area.

Total Longterm Care, Lowry Campus

Total Longterm Care wanted a park-like setting for its Lowry Campus. This master plan combines several different agencies that were on separate sites into one "green" development. TLC's LEED Platinum headquarters building is at the most prominent corner of the site. A senior housing and treatment facility will be a second phase of the Campus. The balance of the site are fruit orchards, gardens, outdoor work/relaxation areas and parking.
