Hartman Ely Investments
creating sustainable communities

Luce is a community of 74 luxury condominiums in four buildings within the Lowry Town Center. It is also the first phase of the multi-year redevelopment master plan for the Wings Over The Rockies Museum. The original development concept for Luce was to continue the success of the Steam Plant Loft building with new construction. The development was originally known as the Residences at Lowry Town Center with Hartman Ely Investments, Harvard Communities and The Fullerton Company as equity partners. That partnership ultimately involved Trammell Crow as a majority partner/investor. Trammell Crow bought out the original partnership and is implementing the development with Village Homes as Luce. James Hartman was the Concept Architect for the overall development and was the Development Manager for the original partnership.
